2018/2019 ACADEMIC SESSION ADMISSION SCREENING EXERCISE

This is to inform all candidates who have applied for admission into National Diploma in Orthopaedic Cast Technology that the screening exercise has commenced.    

ELIGIBILITY

Ø Five (5) O. Level credits which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology and any other two subjects.

Ø Prospective candidates must have selected this school as their first choice in 2018 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and scored a minimum of 140 points and above.

Ø Candidates are advice to visit Jamb Office or any accredited Jamb CBT centre to upload their O/level result 

Ø Candidates are to generate an RRR payable to National Orthopaedic Hospital Dala, under “Capitation” and pay a non refundable screening fee of Two Thousand Naira only (N2, 000.00) to any Skye Bank Branch.

Ø Candidates are to scanned Copy of the following and forward  to socast3@gmail.com

·        Two (2) contact Phone No/Active Personal email Address

·        Remita print out

·        Bank Teller/ Evidence of Payment
